Standard sandwich bread fits but I wouldn’t recommend overstuffing...you can still get a good amount of layers in there nonetheless

I don’t think you should cook anything but sandwiches in it

After two years cleaning regularly the sandwiches now stick after toasting and fall apart when opening. Is there a way to fix? Or is it now toast ?

Unfortunately, probably not. However, I always spray the non-stick with olive oil to prevent food getting stuck.
