Just as good as more expensive brands
I’ve been snowboarding for almost 20 years. This is the first time I bought generic goggles and I’m impressed. They work great and are 100% worth the money. I was very surprised. They don’t fog up (or at least I haven’t experienced any issues).I was worried that the lens might come off easily, but I haven’t had issues with that either. They fit with or without my helmet. They have a good range of view (unlike older goggles that have smaller frames).I’m very petite female and I did notice that they get pushed down on my nose a little bit when I wear them with my helmet. But this happened with my Smith brand goggles too.I will be ordering other colored lenses so I have a pair for sunny days as well as shady.

Great goggles
I actually got these to ski in Vermont and it was when we got the polar vortex and it was -34 degrees at night and -10 below during the day. All my buddies goggles were fogging up and frosting. Mine held up great! No complaints and worth every penny.

Good, but field of view is a little bit smaller because of the sponges on the sides
All is good, no fogines, clear view, but when I put it on I imidiatly felt that my field of view got shrinked on the sides. Then I compared it to other goggles I have, and it indid was the case.

Worked well in Antarctica
I wore the red VLT 17% in Antarctica during Summer as an alternative to sunglasses because I wanted something to keep the wind off my face and that wouldn’t fog up in the cold. The goggles did not fog up and worked well both on sunny days and overcast days. They blocked out enough light on sunny days without blocking too much on overcast days. Strongly recommend.

Offers a lot at this price
I give this goggle 5-star for the price-value ratio it offers, it is cheap but does the job fine. I used to be a big fan of Smith Optics for its performance under various conditions. However, the price for a Smith goggle with a spherical lense has gone to skyrocket high in recent years. E.g. IO series, and IO/X series are currently priced at $200 - $300 a pair. I appreciate the warranty and the additional performance gain under extreme weather conditions, but it is ridiculously expensive for a skier/rider who only skis/rides for a few days in a year. And the performance gain seems unnecessary for this group of people. For a fraction of Smith's price, I decided to give it a try (as it is for a friend, who is a beginner and only skis several days a year). When I received this goggle, I was surprised by its overall build quality. Lens looks great (coating is even and very reflective), and is firmly attached through magnets and two clips on the side. Foam is soft and warm. This goggle is an OTG goggle, which means you will have a wider view and less vision distortion compared to small cylindrical lenses. If you do wear eye glasses with a large frame, however it probably won't fit. With that being said, OTG goggles still offer extra comfort compared to other small frame goggles. And I recommend OTG with a spherical lens to all skiers/riders for comfort and better vision (probably also less likely to get fogged). My friend loves this goggle a lot, and it did not get fogged as easily as other cheap goggles. We haven't tried it on a snowing day nor a rainy day. For these extreme weather conditions, my intuition is Smith Optics will be better, but both will get wet and fogged anyway in those bad days. Maybe $200 lasts 20 mins, and this one lasts 10 - 15 mins. For the price differences, my friend and I couldn't recommend this goggle more (compared to a low-end Smith or other popular brands, which costs ~ 60 - 100 bucks), especially if you are tight on budget and ski/ride on a nice day. I do have a few minor complaints to mention at the end:1. I personally prefer VLT 20% for most conditions (10% or below is too dark). However, at this VLT, the only available frame color is red, which is a little disappointing. 2. The frame is a little bucky compared to my Smith IO/X (bigger plastic frame and less foam). Given the price difference, I won't pick too much on this. Wish it could have more foams (this will also make this goggle lighter)

I ordered new and got used but this was an Amazon error not Vanrora
I left my feedback below with 1 star but I have since heard back from Vanrora."This is Emma from Vanrora and I am sending the email to apologize for your 1-star experience with our goggles, which are supposed to arrive new but instead, they are used. I totally understand how frustrating it is, but actually we are also the victims here. Let me explain why: we are a 3-party small business selling on Amazon. How it works is we ship all our inventory to Amazon warehouse and pay Amazon to fulfill all the orders (hence they are "fulfilled by Amazon" and prime members can enjoy all the membership benefits). In your case, apparently what happened was Amazon warehouse workers made a mistake and shipped a used one to you. A mistake like this essentially comes from Amazon ...... and as long it is a "fulfilled by Amazon" order, it could happen to any seller any time in the future because it is totally out of our control. Why not fulfill the order by ourselves? Unfortunately nowadays those giant corporates have left very little choice for small business owners, ........"Finding this out I have to edit my rating.I did get the same goggles again and they work great.I have been out Skiing many times and have had no issues with fogging or anything else. The clips at each end of the lens could be a little better designed to clip down more securely but they are more cosmetic as the lens holds in very secure with the magnets on it.I do not feel the clips are 1 star minus so that is why I am going with 5 stars.I'm leaving my old feedback so you can understand my new feedback.I ordered these goggles to use yesterday on a skiing trip.I was happy that I managed to intercept the post person and get the goggles before I left.I opened the box and found the goggles box slightly ripped in two places.I opened the goggles box and found the goggles not wrapped as they should be and they were clearly used, more than once I would say.I started the return and now I see I will have to wait close to two weeks for the replacement item when the first item was delivered in 3 days.I will likely cancel this order and go with something else unfortunately.Make sure you get a new unit from this seller.
