Can this jacket be embroidered or printed on?

The H/H logo on the jacket appears to be a heat transfer; regarding embroidery, the fabric is a tightly woven a name or small company logo I think would be okay; larger designs probably would result water seeping into the interior of the jacket.

Does this particular jacket have enter pockets...the first one I bought did but the second one didn’t?

My jacket has two snap close out side pockets but nothing inside the jacket.
