Not too bad…
The molds with the notes worked perfectly with fondant! Takes a little bit of work but works. The very thin one is so thin! I tried it with fondant and sugar lace ( dries up brittle!) it’s just so thin and useless, broke each and everytime! I gave up! and the other tiny molds with the saxophone and small piano .. meh

Smaller than you think…
I did read the size for this item (I’m pretty good with my comprehension skills, folks). Even still, it is much smaller than you see on your screen, so be aware of that when ordering. Not usable for what I wanted, so I’ve shifted it’s viability for something else entirely. I do have to add that, unlike a lot of silicone molds, it came wrapped perfectly with out being squished so bad it is useless, so that’s a big plus in my book. 3 stars because of the size issue.

Cheaply made
I bought this as I work with making chocolate covered strawberries and have purchased many molds that have worked beautifully for my orders. Unfortunately these molds didn’t work for me, the chocolate kept breaking when I tried taking it out. Also one mold is so thin you can actually see through it. I’m not sure of it was just a bad batch that I recieved. I did give a 1 star as the guitar mold was the only one that actually did work for me with the chocolate.

Horrible product
Was so difficult to get the shapes correct, I used fondant & froze in the freezer. The Fondant always broke at the thin parts. As you can see I could not get neat shapes at all .

Require patience
I feel like had they made the molds a little thicker and the actual pieces thicker this would be an awesome product. I wanted the wavy note mold the most, and it’s kind of a test in patience and comes out so thin it’s very very fragile. The molds are nice enough, but they are very thin and don’t seem like they will hold up well to a lot of castings like molds made a little thicker. Be extra ge toe with them so you don’t tear them.

Not great for chocolate, kind of works with fondant
Good price, but I was hoping to use with chocolate and they were all brittle. I will keep and use for some fondant pieces in the future.

NOT suitable for chocolate or fondant
The molds are way too shallow! Chocolate falls apart when you try to demold. I did have success with 2 of the smaller, deeper music notes using fondant. But most of it was unusable. unfortunately this is about the only option around for music note molds, but i wouldn’t recommend this product unless you enjoy being frustrated & cleaning up little bits of chocolate off your counter

Ehh...
Firstly, I need y'all to know that YOU CAN make these work. All the other reviewers said they don't work. They absolutely do work. But, be prepared for it to take up your entire day to get enough good notes out of it that don't break, and don't count on getting any treble clef to work. Lol. I was able to get the smaller notes to work on the biggest mold, and that was it (what you see pictured). It took forever. Lots of time, patience, and effort. And you have to be suuuuuper gentle to get them out without breaking. Also, it helps to coat the mold in alot of corn starch before trying to use it each time, and I also pull the shapes apart a little and then stuff more fondant down into the crevices. It's definitely a pain in the you-know-what, but if you are as desperate for music notes as I was, it's worth the work. Lol!
