I love this carrier. I know it's geared towards cats but I love that it's upright so my baby can sit in it and people watch which is her favorite activity. It's very well ventilated. Two things that I really like it about it is that the wheels come off by pressing a button rather than unscrewing or anything like that. You just need to take the wheels off and make it horizontal and it fits under the seat in front of you on American Airlines. The backpack part is nice but I wish there was a better way to tuck the straps in if you're not going to use them. They are a bit long and can get tangled up in wheels. It's super easy to wheel and turn with the 360 action. It's also very well ventilated for my puppy.

quality is good. works very well. but I think it runs slightly small. it states it will hold up to 18lb dog. Mine weighs 12lbs and it's all around just slightly snug, but will work for her for now.

It took less than a week for it to arrive to Colombia, the material is great, very sturdy. The color is a bit lighter than expected, but it doesn't bothers me. A great purchase.

I love this rolling pet carrier for a few reasons: -discreet: you can bring your pet into shops or restaurants without it being so obvious. :) -light-weight and easy to carry in and out of the subway. Very useful in NYC! -spacious and comfortable for my dog to relax Cons: the bag itself is not very stable. It easily falls over since the wheels and handle cause the bag to fall due to the extra weight or instability of the design. My dog has gotten some surprises falling back but luckily has not been hurt. You must keep a hand on the bag or stabilize by leaning on a seat or other furniture.

Customer service was fast enough to send a replacement to my incomplete order but the top strap/handle already broke and I haven't even used it yet. What more when I put our dog in it.

Absolutely love this! In our current household, my son and daughter are still living at home, so we have 9 cats on our home!!! Getting them into a carrier for their vet visits was sometimes a little tricky. Now it is so easy! I especially live the wheels and the pulley handle!

I really like it so far and my cat doesn't seem to completely hate it either! (That's always a plus 😭) We're currently training with the carrier in all forms (backpack and on the wheels) and so far so good! The backpack straps are comfortable and the carrier doesn't dig into my back when my cat is in it. The wheels attached perfectly fine and roll smoothly. This carrier has alot of potential. The only thing that slightly worries me is that the see-through netting isn't scratch proof so I'm trying to train my cat not to claw at it when he gets uncomfortable. Other than that I highly recommend, I spent hours searching for the perfect carrier on Amazon and I think this one might be it. (Tip: wouldn't recommend for cats/dogs over 15lbs as the carrier is not super spacious. Get the larger one for your big babbies!)

Must keep upright to use only with 4 wheels because if you tilt it to use only 2 wheels they brake and get stuck sideways, you end up dragging it. Other than that it's very good quality.
