Great for in home use!
super easy setup; screen is nice & big, with a very clear picture; very happy with my choice of purchasing this computer!*pay attention to the size of the RAM - I purchased for homeschooling use & there was 1 program my kids could not access on here because it required a larger RAMOnly critique is that I wish a wireless mouse & keyboard were an option for less cord/clutter look

Initial issues w/startup but overall awesome desktop computer!
Love this desktop computer! 4 stars b/c I had sm issue starting up the computer, screen was blue with "Just a moment" message for a few hours. I did a system reset & no issues since. Is in safe mode so if you want to download/use Non-Microsoft apps you'll need to turn safe mode off. This was easy to do as I got a prompt when I needed to download certain apps. Also it's such a nice looking computer!

Is it Touchable?
It says it's touch screen when I touch it nothing happens. The color is brilliant. I like the compact design for an extra computer. This is the first HP/Word computer I've bought in 11 years. I hope it had better security. Having all in 1 for $400 is a perfect purchase.

Got for my elderly father who does NOT like technology...he is enjoying it
He only does the bare minimum. Email, Amazon and Facebook. No games, no chat, not much of anything. Some Office use and doctor video visits. His last computer was a dinosaur that was going to crash at any moment. I talked him into letting me upgrade him to this. It takes up much less room, larger monitor and very fast. I made everything look like his old computer and he is set. He is enjoying the look and feel of it, it is very easy for him, and it is quick. This is not a gaming system, but for an elderly writer with limited space, it is perfect.

Doesn't have video Zoom Capacity
I tried to use it but doesn't offer Zoom & Teams software without me paying for it.

Restocking fee after 3 days is outrageous
It’s not a touchscreen which is what I requested in my search. Once it arrived and was set up, I noticed not only was it not touchscreen, it wasn’t wireless. And then to add anything to it, we had to take it out of safety mode which was a risk. I returned it within 3 days and was charged a $80 restocking fee.
