Clearspring Organic Sweet White Miso

Used to make miso vinegerette dressing. Worked perfectly.

I'm really happy I decided to try this Clearsping brand out. I was kinda hoping the package was resealable, but it ended up not being an issue, I just cut a corner open and fold it over to store. It is really convenient to just squeeze some miso out into whatever I'm making. I was happy with the price as well for the amount that you get. I wanted affordable yet organic, I think I wanted to keep it around ten bucks at the time when I purchased this. I use this in place of chicken stock a lot lately, it's been working out quite well, it mixes into liquids very easily and the flavor has been amazing. Whenever I am out of a stock, this is my go to for sure. I've used it in everything from vegetable stew, to your usual ramen type soups and things.

Wonderful product. It is so easy to use, you open the cap on the pouch and squeeze out the amount you want, re-cap and refrigerate. I find that I'm using this Miso more because of the ease of use. Think of tomato paste in a tube, it is that easy and it adds depth of flavor to many of my soups and other dishes.

More moisture content than I expected. Other white miso I’ve had was more of a paste. This was more of a sauce thickness. Also plan on waiting a while for it because it came from Sweden. It took a month to get to me. Very tasty though. Well worth the wait.

I have tried several White miso this one is so mild that I will get it again it also took a very long time for to get here

The best Miso I have ever eaten - good enough to eat out of the bag with a spoon!

Product was bland, weak and quality was poor. It took two tablespoons of the paste just to make a cup of miso broth. Not worth the price.
