Food Coloring Gel Red 8.8 oz (250g) Concentrated, Vegan

Bright bold color. I bought this to use when dying Fourth of July cupcakes. I knew it would be stronger than the things you buy at the grocery store. That was an understatement. Start slow when you put it in because it will get darker and darker as you mix it. The color matches the bottle perfectly. The bottle size was larger than I needed. I have no idea when I’ll use that much blue again. If it gets on your hand, wash your hand immediately. This is pretty strong stuff, but it did not change the flavor of my frosting

I absolutely love this blue food coloring! The color is beautiful, vibrant, and easy to work with. I used it for cake decorating and was very happy with the results. A little goes a long way, and it gave my frosting a gorgeous blue color without affecting the texture. Great quality and definitely a product I would buy again

First time buying this brand of food coloring and i love it, the color intense on the whiiped cream

“This ENCO food coloring is amazing for baking! The colors are vibrant and mix beautifully into cakes, frostings, and icings. A little goes a long way, and it’s easy to use and measure. Makes every dessert look professional and fun. Highly recommend for any baker!”

The color's aesthetic quality appears to be suboptimal, and it unfortunately leaves a residue upon application, which diminishes its overall value. Furthermore, the color exhibits bleeding, negatively impacting the visual presentation of confectionery items.
