I would use their own holding spray as opposed to the cheap 1.25 dollar tree stuff . Up close all you see is fibers no weird powder overspray .Wear a wave cap and tune it up In the morning it'll come off of while sleeping unless you go hard with spray apply hold spray then fibers light application so they're not too dense . I was skeptical at first with no experience with this brand. Plus I was already loyal to another brand with a higher price point. I've used a more expensive synthetic fiber for a few years now and had no idea this product was so superior. Real hairs make a difference for me! Synthetics soak up oil from my scalp and look flatter than the rest of my hair as the day goes on. I have thin spots on the crown, temple, front hairline, and very top. A simple touch would move the fibers out of place and leave residue on the fingers. I had to manuever like a boxer to avoid people touching my hair. God forbid someone sneaks up behind me. Hard rain would move the fibers out of place also so I had to keep an umbrella if clouds appear. I haven't sweated or wore a hat with hair illusions yet, but the oily spots looking flat and fake isn't a problem anymore and if I use hold spray they stay in place if I touch my hair. That gives me so much more confidence. Now I'm not constantly checking in the mirror to see if everything's still in place. The only drawback is it seems to leave a bigger mess, but the lower price point and added confidence makes up for it. I can wear longer hairstyles now too even though I prefer a short fade. I just don't have to keep it buzzed now. I've been blown away so far. This stuff is amazing! Honestly, real hair fibers is the way to go. They reflect light the same as the rest of your hair. Just looks way more natural than synthetic.[Tips: 1) Spray hold spray on first for fibers to stick, apply fibers, then spray again to hold them in place. 2) Wear a du-rag at night to maintain the style longer 3) Consider in investing in clippers and trimmers for touch-ups and upkeep. This is a good product, But it is very very messy because when your sprinkle the hair fibers you have to be careful it can fall all over your shoulders or on your back cloth if you are wearing cloth. This makes you itchy whole day and also you should make sure you cannot touch your head or on these hair fibers, i accidently touched it it spoiled the effect, YOU have to take Bath After you have applied this for the day. you cannot go to bed applying this, this will spread all over your bed and it makes u r whole bed itchy then you have do laundry of your clothes, Bed sheets pillow case etc. This is good only to apply once in a while not good for daily use.

I kept seeing this add for this pop up on my Facebook feed... and thought I give it a try since I had used the powder fuller.... my hair had been thin on top..i lost alot of confidence and never really felt comfortable without a cap going outside.... so this was so advertised as something different than the powder I use to use... this was supposed to be more real.... and mannnnn I tell you what...i let my hair grow for 2 months, and added this... and i was blown away😶🤯at how real this looked... i can't stop smiling..i feel like I recapture my 20s that I miss so much... at 45...i feel a weight lifted off me... my confidence back.. my swagger back... to any man in denial of this,... take my word.. don't get stuck with a bald head... this will change your whole identity!!! This product is amazing! My hair started to thin at the top and I wasn't sure what to do. I honestly was considering hitting the gym to add some muscle mass and go bald! You can't be bald and skinny 😂... What ended up happening was I changed barbers and at the new customer consultation he started telling me different things he could do to mask the thinning hair. One of which was the hair fibers. I'd never heard of hair fibers before. The cut was amazing to say the least. I then asked him what fibers did he use. He told me Topix, so I started to look into them. That's when I ran across Hair Illusion. What really caught my attention is when it said it was real human hair, so I order it for use between barbershop visits. Once I told him which one I got he told me Hair Illusion is actually the best fibers to get... In the photo I attached my girlfriend did the application. She didn't want to apply to much, which I believe she could've went a little darker. Over all though I'm completely satisfied with the product. If you use the holding spray it will hold in your head until you wash it out. I wear a hard hat at work and it stayed in my hair all week until I just washed my hair and reapplied it. The applicator I got is cool, but I only got it because it was advertised that most people who purchase Hair Illusion purchases that applicator. Not to mention my barber had this type of applicator, but the last appointment I had he had a Hair Illusion applicator. He said it's way better than the type I currently have. He said he changed up because the other ones clog up easily... I just wish the Hair Illusion applicator was the one advertised to be sold with the product. They cost nearly the same. I will be purchasing it though! Hair Illusion has a life long customer! I hope this review helped you! First let me say it works the way it's supposed to. Second I tried the other popular brand so I would have something to compare it to. I had high hopes for these hair fibers, because my hair is thinning on the top but the fibers were just too stiff & prickly for me. My problem with this product was it always made me feel like I had just cut my hair, so I was always feeling itchy & wanted to shower. I use the other brand once a week & it fills in like i wanted. I gave this product 3 stars simply because it works as described, but I'm too sensitive to use it.

I love this product. It is better the other product that I have used. When will you be on the market again. This product give me real volume and no one would notice that it was not my hair. I love love this product. Please I need one or two right now even though it is expensive than the others I bought. The others that I used caked down on my scalp. Help me out please. Thanks

Very misleading product. The hair did not stick to the scalp or lay properly as shown. Instead, it looks like it was made from scraps of hair after a haircut. Extremely disappointed with the quality.
