What are the measurements?

21" width without pots or pot handles sticking out and 16 7/16" height at center frame. Keep in mind, if pot support is set at highest height you will need to accommodate for that height...

The pots are not the product, its the organizer. As someone else said type in light blue pots and pans and many will come up to look at

Are ALL the racks covered with non-slip coating (or just the bottom rack like other brands?)

All racks are covered. Been using it for about 1 month have had no problems with it. Have 13 piece pot and pan set on it. Have it set up on the counter where it not only looks great but all my pans are at the ready.
