I had also tried their lemon curd, and meringue recipes as well. Both of them tasted great. I am surprised that she included ganache, soft caramel, fruit caramel ganache. Her knowledge is priceless, and cannot wait to make the soft caramel fillings. These would be great for chocolatiers and pastry chefs who wanted to expand their knowledge, know-how and learn how to make mini-tarts from a variety of flavors. Great book!

A beautiful book
It is a beautiful, well-organized book with many recipes those come with beautiful pictures However, since it is a small book, letters are very small, for me. Some recipes come with color pages and full with decorations. That makes it even harder to read. I might return the book.

A most valuable reference for the pastry chef.
A sweet treasure of a book. Very well put together with wonderful, imaginative ideas and the recipes are dependable. I bought this for a gift but I am keeping it for myself and sending another as the gift. I am a dedicated tart maker and pastry devotee. It will be in my library and is already being used this holiday season. Thank you for this specialty book, it is excellent.

A very interesting book filled with recipes that will produce little treasures!
I bought this book for my wife (the baker in our household) who proceeded to produce a series of holiday treasures from the recipes it contains -- some were truly heavenly. If you like making little tarts etc, then this book is definitely a worthwhile addition to your kitchen library. And if you do buy one; don't just let it sit on the shelf! Do yourself a favour and actually treat yourself to baking some of the confections listed within its pages!

Lovely, must read if you are new to tarts
I was really overwhelmed by all the tart complexities and how tart baking is mention across the web n never got the courage to bake one. This book made it so simple,I baked my first tart from this book. Easy recipes with a wide variety of flavours to try from. I am glad she wrote it
