These are so useful to me. I use them almost everyday. Nothing sticks, clean up is a breeze, and they take a beating. I’m hard on kitchen items. Good purchase!

This is a great piece. I can now make great pizza and easily place in oven AND remove without the pizza distorting or sliding off the stone. When the pizza dough is ready, I sprinkle some cornmeal generously on the mat, form the dough on the mat. Meanwhile, the pizza stone is in the oven with sprinkling of cornmeal at 400 degrees for 1/2 an hour. When the pizza has all the ingredients on, I take the peeler and slide under the mat and transfer the pizza with the mat onto the pizza stone. When the pizza is done, remove from the oven and let the pizza cool down for 5 minutes. Take the peeler and separate the pizza from the mat BEFORE cutting the pizza. It slides off off easy. Even after making many pizzas, the last time I forgot to remove the mat under the pizza and sliced the mat all up! I will order another another one as I gave my other one to a friend and she loves it.

Good for the size of pizza you are making. Never knew these existed. No oil needed as nothing sticks to silicone. Has a fibreglass fabric imbedded in silicone. Heats up to 450 degrees fahrenheit. Cannot complain. I will never make another pizza without using these in round or rectangle. No oil or cooking spray needed. Pizza just slides off of a pan which you need to lay this in. Use a non-metal spatula to lift it out of a pan or glass dish. Then carefully pull the pizza off the mat. Never sticks as nothing sticks to silicone. Where has this been? Its been in use since 1965. Cannot be folded but can be rolled and also just lie flat. No need to put in dishwasher as I just use a few drops of dawn and rinse and use my fingers to wash both sides, then dry. Ready for another use. To me Its a New product. Best new cooking item I ever bought.

I bought these mats to bake a few pizza crusts at once. I must’ve just read the title and assumed they were completely silicone. Upon receiving, I realized the interior is actually fiberglass. I kept because I didn’t have time to get something else before I needed them. They performed well. I dusted flour on them before I put the crusts on and nothing stuck. They work well and are easy to clean. I will make sure to throw them away if they get any tears in them because of the fiberglass, but will continue to use them until then.

High quality products very well made. I make my own cauliflower crust and it just slides right off unlike parchment paper which it just sticks to it when you remove it from the oven. Super easy to clean and its baking ability is amazing. Nice size with a good color combo.

My husband constantly uses my pizza pan to heat up French Fries in the oven. The silicone mat fits in it perfectly. Easy cleanup!

They helped the dough stay in place until needed.

Our wall oven died so we’re using our microwave/convection oven temporarily. Needed to make cookies for an event but only round pizza pans would fit in the oven. Was thrilled to find these silicon mats. They are perfect for the job! Worked great & easy to clean.
