Lots of room. Heats fast. Cleans well.

Does what it is supposed to do. The digital display and ability to set temp and time is handy. But man, this machine's noise will drive you out of the room. If you are into shrieking banshees, tank explosions or standing by the speakers at a night club, this is the unit for you. I've been at gun ranges that are less noisy than this machine. I note on other reviews they suggested putting a towel over it to reduce noise. No amount of towels can solve the noise problem. Our previous machine (different make/model) was SO much quieter than this. Since it does the job of cleaning that it was professed to do, I guess I'll just close the door and walk away during use - and hope we don't get any noise complaints called into local law enforcement.

i have problem , as we ordered it to Egypt and , we are use 220V/50 Hz , but it was 110V/60 Hz , so it's defected , so can you advise how can we solve it again to work ?thank you

dislike that there is some discoloration spots on stainless steel tank

LOVE this jewelry cleaner!! I had one years ago and it did not work as well as this one. It broke and I never bothered to replace it. My mother gave me some of her jewelry and I wanted to clean it so I purchased this cleaner. WOW! A little Dawn dish soap and water and everything sparkles as if it just came from a jewelers showcase. After cleaning my Mom's jewelry I started on my own. I didn't realize gold tarnished. I feel like I have an entire new collection of jewelry!!! This has been so much fun cleaning and enjoying all the things I got tired of wearing over the years. It's like they all have a new life! Works great on silver too!My daughter's all have beautiful rings and they also were so impressed with how beautiful they came out of this remarkable cleaner!The only thing I wish this had is a handle on the basket to help with removing it from the cleaner and some kind of hook to suspend more delicate things in the solution. Buy this. It really works!!
