it can be a bit hard to pull through cheese depending on how firm / hard the cheese is and the handle could do with being a tad longer and thicker and not so smooth so as to give a better grip when pulling through hard cheese also the wire isn't quite as sharp as i hoped however it does work very well and you can easily adjust the gap between the roller and the wire to give the thickness you desire so all in all im very happy with it and definitely recommend

Best cheese slicer I've ever bought, shame you cannot buy spare wires, other wise I would have given it 5 stars.

Very sturdy and easy to clean. Comes with spare wires. Far far easier than using a knife or standard cheese slicer. You can adjust the thickness of the slices of cheese too. I wish I had bought one years ago.

Absolutely superb piece of kit.Cuts cheese like no other kitchen apparatus.I am extatic.Just sliced through 5k of cheddar cheese for sandwiches...yes I am feeding the five thousand.. and it's still as slick as the first slice

Bel objet et fait très bien le travail (testé sur de la raclette). Seul bémol, j'ai l'impression qu'il n'est pas possible d'acheter des fils de rechange. (Mais ustensile livré avec 2 fils supplémentaires)

This cheese slicer works great. I like how it has a way to adjust the thickness of your slices. I have used it on a brick of cheddar cheese and it slices through with no problems. It also comes with extra wire.The cheese slicer itself is not flimsy. It’s actually heavy duty and has some weight to it. I do wish it had a hole at the top of the handle. But that’s just my preference, I like hanging kitchen tools.I would recommend this cheese slicer.
