Is this chocolate callebaut w2 ? Why is packaged differently than the original callebaut packaging?

Don't know about the packaging difference, but my bag lists the first ingredient as Callebaut W2 28%.

Could you use these to make white fudge?

Yes it’s a good quality white chocolate but for real I personally would make truffles rather than fudge with it…. It’s way to good.

Does this chocolate need to be tempered?

Not for peppermint bark. That is really all that I have made with it. Just melt in microwave on a "soften" temperature! I even made some "green" bark fir St Patricks day with green food coloring & green sugar crystals. This chocolate is delicious.

Is this made by Callebaut?

Got out the bag and the first ingredient is Callebaut W2 28%. Darn it! Now that it's out I HAVE to eat some.
