I'm a lil lost about the stars part, and but it fit perfectly on my 12 months neice. I have the dress did not have any stars

Q: Was anyone else straps not elastic? I thought the straps were supposed to be elastic but the ones on the dress I purchased was not.

Q: Where do these dresses ship from? I did not order because it says May 17th. That's a long way out.

I don’t know where they ship from but mine was estimated to be here by the ninth of this month, so today, and now it’s saying it will be another month and will come after Easter which was the whole reason I wanted the dress.
