Dr recommended this product after a nasal procedure. I love it. Very soothing, helped healing and breathing. It’s recommended for colds as well. I used a a-tip when using. So soothing. When outside of my nose got raw, put some of this on and it was healed overnight. I bought another tube just to have on hand, it’s that good!!!

This does the job, from colds, dryness, it works instantly. A lot better that prescriptions that I have.

I have a bunch of sinus issues and sometimes my nasal passages get really dry. My ENT had recommended doing saline rinses and also saline sprays but sometimes that actually can irritate me more. Then she suggested using the gel because it would moisturize my nasal passages. I tried it and I felt nearly instant relief and I use it nearly every night, particularly in the winter. You only need to use a tiny bit per nostril and it feels more hydrated. It's a tiny tube, but mine has lasted for months. My husband also uses this and has his own tube because he can't stand using sprays and it has helped him as well. The price is great as well. The only reason why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that it has a slight smell.

This gel is very soothing and moisturizing! I just recently got put on oxygen and it was drying inside my nose and bleeding. I tried thus and it's a life saver to my nose! Soothing, cooling, moisturizing which this tremendously helped my nose and no more bleeding! Love it!!

I have been using this product daily for 11 years and it is very hot and dry where I live and this helps keep my nose moist and I rarely get nose bleeds since using this product. The tube lasts quite a few months even with daily use. I like to use it before bed since I use a CPAP machine doesn't allow my nose to dry out.

I regularly use the spray version, and the last time I purchased it, a free sample of the gel was included in the packaging. I was amazed at how much more relief I got from the gel! I use a cotton swab to apply and am breathing much better since I started using it. It's so soothing, and it's also cleared up a persistent nasal irritation. It's on my small list of "can't do without" products!

This was so soothing on a very red sore nose with a cold. It smelt a lovely light aloe vera smell and was so gentle. This I would definitely buy again. Soothing and calming. 10/10 Would be great for people in hospital when they wear oxygen prongs, would be soothing.

Worked well,cured the soreness in about 5 days,easy to use.

Excellent for dry nose

Sometimes a dry nose will swell making it hard to breathe through my nasal passages. This product has halted that. I use it with No More Colds Red Light Therapy and I have no more sinus issues.
