Work as advertised, but one pouch had a defective zipper.
I ordered these pouches because my infant daughter loves to feed herself, and this cuts down on the mess (and allows us to feed her in the car, which makes road trips a lot easier). We buy the Gerber baby food purees and pour them in these pouches or make our own to use in the pouches. Both options are significantly cheaper than buying the disposable pouches of food ($1.17 for 8 oz of Gerber tubs vs $1.25 for 4 oz of the disposables). Pouring the food into the pouch can be a little tricky if the puree is super thick (peas or green beans) as it's hard to hold the pouch wide open to prevent food from dripping onto the"zipper" portion while simultaneously holding the container of puree and scraping out the puree. I would bet that a baby food storage system designed to fill pouches (like the infantino one) would probably work well to eliminate any filling problems, but it hasn't been a big deal for us. I either balance the pouch between my knees or in a cup while scraping the food in, or I have my husband hold it open. Even when I drip food onto the zipper part, we don't have any problems with leaks. We use these with the ChooMe silicone caps so that our daughter can't squeeze the food everywhere, and it works great. Haven't had any issues with leakage out of these pouches, and they do well in the dishwasher. I haven't had any issues with getting them to come out clean. One of the ten was defective when we got it out of the box (the zipper part was on only one side of the bottom of the pouch), but as we were about to leave on vacation and I needed to be able to use the pouches while we were gone, I chose to not return them (since Amazon indicated that I would need to return the whole package in their return policy and I couldn't find any info on how to contact the seller to just replace the one that was defective). I'm still pleased with the purchase. I think these will last long enough for my daughter to move on to table food without needing replacements, and but if I needed to buy more in the future for additional kids, I would buy these again.

Defective Seals?
I was so excited to get these pouches. These are the first reusable pouches I've purchased and I bought them because my son loves eating anything out of a pouch. Let me say the design makes these easy to use/clean and eat from... BUT after just 3-5 uses I discovered the "ziplock" seal became more and more difficult to close. I really don't understand why this happened because the seals look fine and I always hand washed them (even through it says you can use in the dishwasher). Obviously this makes the pouches useless. It was very frustrating after making large batches of homemade food that I ended up wasting due to the majority spilling from me fighting to close the pouches while they were full of food. I really wanted these to work, but the seals need to be redesigned. I will be purchasing a different brand to try again.

I love these! I can make my own baby food and still get the benefits of using pouches. They are easy to clean and refill. I freeze my baby food in batches using an ice cube tray, each pouch easily holds two ice cube food squares. The frozen food thaws in the fridge quickly in a bowl of warm water. Freezes the baby food makes it so much easier to fill the pouches since you don't even have to deal with a funnel.

Yes it's better for the environment but hard on practicality
Works but the cleaning of these really hits a busy parent in a sensitive spot. They require a heavy cleaning by hand, then a hot machine washing just to be sure. Yes it's better for the environment but hard on practicality. Works as advertised, just not as well as one might hope.

These pouches are great! As someone else had suggested
These pouches are great! As someone else had suggested, I use the funnel from my breast pump to fill them up.

Not big enough for my 15 month-old, the seal ...
Not big enough for my 15 month-old, the seal is extremely difficult to close and one just popped open from the bottom as I squeezed it (it seemed sealed, but wasn't all the way), mush all over the floor. I'll try to return even though they have been used.

Tough to Clean
Great product, but tough to clean. Food builds up by the seams on the spout end and it doesn't come out.
