Austrian Crystal Ocean Blue Necklace

So I got this for my girlfriend, obviously you get what you pay for, but we noticed in a month that one of the zirconia on the outer part of the synthetic blue crystal had fallen off. Chain was a bit flimsy, kept getting tangled when stored away, it easily broke one day. Had to embarrassingly use a bead chain to hold the pendant.
