No plastic seal on caps
I love these paints but am very disappointed. I received the order to day and 7 of the bottles were missing the seal around the cap causing one to open during shipping..nice mess..I didn't want to return as I need them for a project now but did want to notify of the issue. Without starting a return, there is apparently no way to do that. At most it would have been nice to get the one bottle replaced.

I started dot art a few months ago and was told this is best paint. It is, love the texture and love the colors.
