Useless. Failed to work in my Eufy Homebase.
I ordered this to put in my Eufy homebase to record my CCTV cameras, but it just doesn't work. After a day or so, just a few Gb, it just corrupts itself. Replaced it with a Samsung SSD and no issues

Fast, reliable mechanical gold and cheap!
Bought for my partners HP ZBook 14 G2 laptop as it only had a 500Gb drive. He's really pleased with the new drive, saying it's quick and he's installed Ubuntu 24.04LTS and all the applications he uses. He said he wants another so he can use it for testing different versions of Linux .. he's never been this happy since we had our daughter 7 years ago 😁😂. He said he'd recommend this drive to anyone who wants to upgrade their laptops or mini PCs that aren't bothered about SSD drives and who just wants a quick and cheap way to upgrading....

Good price and easy to install/confgure
I used this HDD for overhauling an old PC and encountered no problems installing it and reloading the OS. A great improvement over the old HDD so I recommend it based on the cost vs. performance aspects. I hope it lasts....

Worjs as described
As it's a HDD there is nothing spectacular about it, standard proven technology. I wanted this as a storage upgrade to my eufy S380 CCTV hub. Installed, formatted correctly and now in use Time will only tell about it's performance over time.
