They made things right when I had issues

Tension String was locked in place upon getting it
I have a 20lb+ camera without batteries so I wanted a beefy Flycam that could support the weight. The vest was comfortable, easy to put together, had pockets and seemed like a good build, but the tension string wouldn't come down or go back up, it was stuck in its starting position no matter how much I pulled on it. I even hooked up my camera to it, but still, it was stuck in its starting position. Several others around the internet asking about how to resolve this but no answers so maybe that is a common issue with this one? I liked the vest and simplicity, but mine came defective.
