How do you get the spout to pop up? I’ve been messing with both bottles for a half an hour and neither one pops up.

Can you go against the arrow indicator direction on the pump until a hard stop is reached and then immediately reverse the direction (arrow direction)? It should pop up. Another method that I have had success with is to unscrew the pump from the bottle, rinse it off with running water, dry it, then squeeze the tube close to the pump. One of the top reviews says the description and pics are wrong, and that this is two 16.9oz bottles instead of two 33oz bottles. Is this correct?

I got (2) 33 oz with my order . The only problem was my soap had zero scent . A faint sandlewood smell when u open the bottle but that’s it . Once I washed with it it had zero smell. Some might find this good but for men that sweat and need a nice scent , this might not be the shower wash for you . Go for the cedar wood .
