Made from 1095 heat treated and tempered steel, this little friction folder is very sharp! It's a 2" blade and 3-5/8" overall when closed. No mechanical parts, just friction that lets the blade open and close smoothly. No locks, so you can use the blade at whatever angle fits in your hand. A brass pin stop in the bottom keeps the blade from sliding all the way through the handle. I personally carry a friction folder vs. a normal modern locking mechanism. This concept has been around for over 2500 years!
