This scale does not work it didn’t even last more than two hours and when I returned it they charge me a restocking fee so disappointed

Two of the four "fingers" that hold the weigh platform were dislodged/broken. The holes where they go were too large so there was no way to reassemble or repair. This is not the same scale as the ASC-C CHIS1782. Similar, but not the same. The former scale is a 5-star item.
