The tea filter is the best
It cleans easily, heats up quickly and the handle is good. It’s very easy to grip. The only thing I didn’t like is the kettle does not have a lid to heat the water up quickly. You had to heat the water in the kettle with the teapot on top.

Good choice
I just ordered so far so good, I may do a second review when I get more time with the product.

Cheaper design from previous years.
Previously bought this model in 2020 - extremely well made and absolutely loved it. However, due to my error I ruined it. So I bought the same one recently and it is way different. The design is different, the pots are made with thinner materials, the bottom of the inside of the lower water pot has already started to rust after 1 week. The handles are made with different coating and has started to melt on the stove. Extremely disappointing. Now looking to buy a different model and design.

Poor Quality, Poorly Packaged
The handle for the top pot was not attached and the finish on the handle was badly gouged in two different spots. The item was not secured with packing material within its original box. The original box was in poor shape as if the item had already been returned once. The worst problem, however, was the finish inside the upper pot. The finish was not uniform as if the pot were not really stainless.

Right Inspection before shipping.
Scratch on two red handles, dent kettle lid plus look what happened inside the kettle after one use. I WAS CHARGED $5 WHEN I RETURNED IT SAYS FREE RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS SO WHY I WAS CHARGED.
