I got this splitter for the outdoor faucet. Installation was straightforward and it fit the faucet perfectly. The two splits also connected well with the hoses. I didn’t notice any water dripping. The splitter is made out from of strong material. It’s very heavy. The release knobs have sturdy material and move smoothly. I was very happy with its overall quality.

The 2WAYZ 2-way heavy-duty hose splitter is solid and reliable. It doesn’t leak at the connections, and the shut-off valves are easy to turn without being flimsy. The build quality feels durable compared to other splitters I’ve tried. Definitely a dependable upgrade.

Great for connecting hoses going in different directions. I have several gardens and hate dragging hose. This is easy to use with the larger shut off and heavy duty so should last several years.

Good quality hose splitter. I haven't had any issues with it leaking at all. It comes with extra rubber gaskets incase over time the one installed dries out, but I haven't had a problem with it and I've been using it for years. Fits the spicket nice and tight. Its super easy to install. I'm usually not a fan of plastic parts, but the plastic parts on this are made of a good strong plastic and the nice part is you don't have to worry about rust.

If you are like me, you get annoyed with plastic items that hook up to a metal faucet. The thread does not last for more than an occasional removal. This is a metal-to-metal product at a reasonable price that will outlast a dozen plastic hose splitters or timers.

This appeared to be a quality item. Solidly built with extra long handles making operation much easier than the ones with the smaller, shorter handles. I needed this to control water flow to a device that allows water to slowly drip into a bird bath. For that purpose, it worked better than anything else I have tried. The other side of the splitter was used to control water flow to our garden hose for general use. As I stated in the title of this review. The splitter did what I needed (for about a week) , and then the trouble started. First, it lost the ability to sufficiently slow the water flow to the drip, drip, drip that was needed for the bird bath. I disassembled the hoses, and examined the device. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, except it allowed too much water to the 1/4-inch tube leading to the bird bath. No longer would it drip. But, rather a continuous stream of water which overfilled the bird bath in about 2 minutes. VERY wasteful. I decided to switch the positions of the garden hose and the 1/4-inch "dripper" line on the splitter. This might have worked, except I couldn't stop the water to the garden hose, and really didn't want that hose to be under pressure all the time. So,,, I purchased a plastic hose cap and washer to put under the leaky side of the splitter. Voila! Back in business! But, only for a few days. After these few days, the splitter began to leak again. This time the water seemed to be dripping from around the shaft which attaches the handle to the ball valve. You might be thinking that this could be caused by excessive water pressure. Fear NOT! We have chronically poor water pressure, and that's one of the reasons that an splitter that is easy to adjust is so much needed. As there didn't seem to be any solution to this issue, I contacted the seller and requested a replacement, or a refund. I was hoping that I had just received one that slipped by quality control; and, as this splitter was exactly what I needed, the seller would send a good replacement. Unfortunately, the seller took the easy way out and just issued a refund. I guess that's all the really were REQUIRED to do. But, I still have the same issue, and am now back to using an older brass splitter from "Big Orange"; which works, but has very short handles and is difficult to adjust with any precision. RATINGS: Concept and Design = 5 stars PLUS! Ability to do what I needed (first week of use) = 5 stars Overall build quality = can you give ZERO? Sellers willingness to go the extra INCH = NOT SO MUCH, either Frustration with trying to make it work = MUCH!!!!!! If you decide to take a chance on one of these, I hope YOU get a GOOD one!

After 3 years this splitter became unusable. The diversion on line had dissolved. I would not recommend it.

Blijft lekken, hoe strak je hem ook aandraait. Deze leek zeer solide, vandaar in eerste instantie gekocht. Uiteindelijk maar Gardena splitter gehaald en die handvast gedraaid en geen probleem

Bought this a year ago, and left it attached all winter. Continues to perform perfectly. No dripping at all. Levers operate really smoothly. Overall it's a high quality, solidly built splitter. Well worth the price, in my experience.
