A Must Take/Have
This is one of the best products available as far as getting a good mix of multiple tonic herb extracts at a really reasonable price. Each of these ingredients is something that I believe everyone would benefit from. Eat well and supplement with this Maca formula and you'll stay well and strong.

Maca root highly recommended
This is the 5th or 6th bottle of Maca that I have bought and I would recommend it if you need a boost in energy or libido. I have tried other brands and think this one is the best. Amazon hasn’t been out of it so far. It is a capsule and easy to swallow. Give it a week or two to feel the full effect.

I've been taking these for awhile and they're easy to swallow, help with getting sleep, improves mood, and they are good quality. There's no taste and they have made a huge difference in how I feel.

Hormonal improvement
I bought this as a last attempt to help my hormonal acne. I have now been taking these pills twice a day for a week. Unfortunately I can’t really speak on how they’ve affected my acne because I was on my period post my second dose of Pfizer, so everything was whack this week but I WAS NOT READY for spry bedroom energy! I feel like I’m 21 again. In regard to easing PMS symptoms and acne, I drank maca tea for about 3 months before getting the capsules and I did see a huge difference in the past. Mind you all, I do not trust supplements and non-traditional medicine the way I trust medicine but WOW. Maca is truly amazing.

Felt like it helped me initially, but after a few days, nothing
Nothing really to report after the first week or so. Pills are large and difficult to swallow so that's a negative as well. Felt slightly energetic and clear-headed but that wore off quickly. Advise you to take with food or else your stomach will not like it.
