Works great for making and straining batches of home made yogurt to make nice thick greek style yogurt. Could also use for cottage cheese etc. Liked so much I got two.

I do not usually write product reviews but this product is so amazing I felt like I had to. It does everything that it promises and is super effective in making high-quality homemade Greek yogurt. It is easy to clean and easy to store. I have tried various strainers and filters to make Greek yogurt at home and nothing compares to this. I make yogurt in my Instantpot. I then put this bag (which secures perfectly) over my spaghetti colander and place back over my now empty InstantPot metal pot in the fridge overnight to drain. In the morning there is perfect thick creamy Greek yogurt and whey to use in my homemade bread. It is a very high-quality product that I have recommended to my friends and family.

This was an easy product to use with a colander to separate whey from my yoghurt and produced a firm Greek yoghurt. I also used it hung from its drawstring. It was a vast improvement from multiple layers of cheesecloth which I previously used. I recommend this product.

I searched high and low for an alternative to cheese cloth for straining my homemade yogurt into Greek yogurt. I didn't like how bulky traditional metal strainers were with their containers. And from reviews, many of them seemed less sturdy than I'd like. But this. Let me tell you, SO affordable, minimal, sturdy and EFFECTIVE. Sometimes I hang it, other times I set it in a caulander ontop of a stock pot and let it strain for an extensive time in the fridge. It can hold my whole gallon milk batch of yogurt just fine. The fabric and stitching is high quality! Like this lady knew what she was doing. I love that it's an American small business.I've also used it to strain homemade horchata. I know, I'm fancy. It would work perfectly for nut milks and anything else you need to finely strain! Oh and it's super easy to clean in the sink! Stop reading and just go buy it! You won't regret it.

Performs exactly as advertised. Only used twice so far but seems to hold up much better than cheesecloth, does just as good of a job, easier to clean up and the pull string allows it to be fastened well onto a colander.
