Creamy, earthy delicious black beans!
Only ever used black beans in tins but trying to be healthier and keep costs down thought I'd try these. Really pleased I did. You can taste the quality and purity of them. I'd advice following instructions to a t as beans won't soften enough otherwise. Happy knowing I'm only eating black beams with no preservatives etc. These are part of my subscribe and save now. Thank you!

Like bullets
Dreadful - takes for ever to get soft, though still not satisfactory. Have to go careful with Whole Food Earth as not all of their products are organic. I got caught out again.

not organic and don't qualify for return
Those are not organic beans. I hadn't realised when I ordered as they cam up when I searched for organic beans. As opposed to just any other items I ever bought on Amazon, they are not eligible for a return and refund (the package is unopened). I find that very frustrating.

Gut aber ungewaschen
Von der Grösse her deutlich kleiner als die roten Kidney-Bohnen, und sie sollten vor der Weiter-Verarbeitung definitiv noch gründlich abgespült werden. Es bleibt sichtlich einiges an Schalen-Resten/Schwebstoffen beim Waschen zurück. Wiederverschliessbarkeit der Produktverpackung ist nur so-so gegeben. Besser nach dem ersten Öffnen gleich umfüllen. Gute Packungsgrösse sonst. Ansonsten exzellentes Produkt.

Test nicht möglich in einem Saeco KVA
Das Mahlwerk von meiner Saeco Maschine ist damit überfordert. Habe ich in 7 Jahren noch nie erlebt. Der Kaffeesatz ist zudem so fest, dass das Wasser nicht durchkommt. Mehrfach ausprobiert. Alle anderen Bohnen 🫘 funktionieren einwandfrei.
