My knee has been bothering me for a long time. I was going to check out some physical therapy and then this CV19 thing hit. 61 year old male, I walk 2-4 miles a day, had a annoying usually dull pain, lower patella, front knee area. Stairs are annoying. I ordered one thinking it could help. My theory is that I have patella tendonitis and this would help provide relief and support. It has helped, been using it for about two weeks. The dull pain is quite a bit better. Not sure if this is relieving enough pain to lead to a permanent fix or it just helps while it's on. There might be a slow trend to it being a fix, but really too early to tell. I think it's quite comfortable, It says where you put it. I've been wearing it pretty much all the time, off at night. It's easy to adjust. I basically cinch it tight. It has lots of adjustment. Thinking I'll order one or two more so I can rotate usage, it's starting to get warm in Texas and sweat happens. Thinking the silicon insert does provide good support, you can feel it when you feel the strap, not really when it's on. I'd call it medium density silicon, not hard not soft, just right. Basically it provides a fairly subtle shaping to the pressure provided, helping the strap to position and hug the right place on the bottom of your knee. If you need a a knee strap this seems to be a very good one. I read lots of reviews, this is my first knee strap. Hope it helps you like it's helped me. An addition,.. I did order two more. I like this, it really has eased my quite persistent knee ache. I ordered two more so I can keep one on more often. If it got sweaty, I left it off so it would dry out. It has helped with the persistent pain, after a few more weeks it's still not clear that this a full fix, but it is trending well. It's not a overnight fix, but if it's a few months I'll take it.

I had been having knee issues with pain and instability for years. After several falls and limited mobility, an MRI revealed that I had a torn ACL, medial and lateral meniscus and arthritis. The pain had gotten so bad I could barely walk. I tried multiple braces including my custom ACL brace from a previous surgery and compression type braces, but nothing seemed to help. I had surgery planned for a few weeks away and needed to be able to work until, so I kept searching for other things I could try to get me by. I saw several reviews on this little strap and how well it worked for so many people. The price was low and I figured I had nothing to lose, so I ordered one right away. It was easy to put on and adjusts with velcro on both sides. I tightened it under my knee cap and took a few test steps. I was amazed at how much stability it gave me and pain relief. With all my issues, I still had some pain of course but I was able to walk better than I had in months! This was a huge relief! I couldn't believe something so small and seemingly simple could help so much. It almost seemed to keep my tibia from slipping and while wearing it, my knee didn't pop out of place fully like it had been. We had a beach trip planned and I was debating canceling it since I could hardly and was scared my knee would go out. I was able to go though and wear this strap and do some minor walking. I even wore it in the ocean and was able to enjoy that! I had fully expected to be stuck at our vacation rental, but this little strap helped me to do more than I thought possible. I wore it all the way up until my surgery. I have pain and arthritis in my other knee as well so I plan on using it for that knee too so I plan on using it when that one acts up as well. Wonderful product!

I'm a alpine ski patroller, and I tore my meniscus on the slope last winter. Every day I ski, my knee was in pain, and swelled up, even on the intermediate runs. It would get better some what over night, but never complete. Walking down the staircase was very miserable. During the summer, I didn't ski, and my knee got a lot better, and was able bend as much as the other good knee. The new ski season began, and my knee pain and swelling came back, although not as bad as last season. Over the holiday week, a skiing friend mentioned about the a nee brace for meniscus tear. This patella brace arrived in a few days. I was skeptical about it because it's so small, and didn't look like anything. I put this strap snag below my knee cap, over the base layer, and put the ski pants on. I pretty much didn't feel anything. I could forget about this brace. I was able to ski on the steeps and bumps again without paint! My knee swelled up some, after skiing and running a toboggan all day. But it was not too bad, it recovered over night. Walking down the stair is much easier with this brace, as well. I just wish it comes in different sizes. It too long for me, and the Velcro straps over wrap behind my knee, restricting the range of motion. If I can get a shorter one, it'd be a 5-star brace!

I really didn't think these would make too much of a difference, but i was so wrong. I have a torn ACL, a macerated meniscus and cysts. I wear these on heavy walking days and working out. They are wonderful.....go ahead and get these.

I bought the 2- pack, hoping to use them to get back to trail walking, after developing Psoriatic arthritis, losing mobility and gaining back previously - lost weight and fitness. I will break down my review into 3 categories; comfort, support, pain relief. 1. comfort- positives were that I did not encounter the rubbing on the edges that another had reported, but the negative is that the unit was really designed for already- healthy sized legs. They are a bit snug on larger or swollen knees. I would suggest offering a larger size for those needing it. 2. support- I found the unit to be quite supportive without reducing any range of motion, as the full braces do. and finally 3. pain relief- in my testing, it worked fairly well on my left knee, relieving a decent amount of pain while walking, whereas with my right, it took a while to get the right spot and even then it helped a little but there was still considerable pain.So all in all I would say the product is a mixed bag. Definitely worth trying, if you have having issues.

I wish I had tried this before. I spent over $100.00 on useless and non-returnable braces because my doctor knew what I needed! This tiny little slice of heaven helped me so much. I had damaged my meniscus, and it was painful to walk. I am an avid walker -walking about 3-4 miles daily. I couldn't do that until this little strap is seriously a gem! I did some hiking in Gatlinburg, TN, and Yellowstone and Grand Tetons, walking about 4-7 miles almost daily. I also used walking sticks, which helped tremendously while hiking. I highly recommend getting hiking sticks, too. Nonetheless, I HIGHLY recommend trying this before spending any money on other braces you might be 'told' to get. Listen to your own body- Also, I used this strap daily (all day) for about two months, and only once in a while will I have a twinge in my knee, but for the majority, I don't even use it anymore. But when I have a moment, I put it back on for a day or two, and all is good again.

I have ehlers-danlos, and this is amazing for that condition. They help support my niece so that way I do not hyperextend. I am able to stand straight because these press into my knees and just the right way. The material is really soft and stretchy. The velcro is extremely sturdy. If I tighten them too much it hurts to sit a little bit, but I can just loosen them easily with one of the two straps provided. It has helped me become more Mobile in areas I wasn't able to before. I haven't washed them yet, but they look like material that's easy to wash.

This product has exceeded my expectations. My pain is occasional and located just below the knee, so I don't require heavy knee support. This is doing the job. The brace is both comfortable and effective in providing support. I recommend this product.

Nach einer Meniskus OP ist mein Knie nicht mehr richtig stabil und ich verdrehte häufig. Tagelange Schmerzen waren jedesmal die Folge. Die Stützen funktionieren hervorragend, sind angenehm zu tragen und die Schmerzen sind seitdem weg!

ich habe keine Ahnung warum und wie aber bei hat es geholfen. Mein Knie ist durch mehrere Kreuzbandrisse geschädigt und hat immer wieder Probleme gemacht. Beim Sport hatte ich dann diese Bandage an und es wurde besser. Mittlerweile habe ich sie fast nicht mehr an. es zwickt zwar manchmal immer noch ist aber besser. wie gesagt, ich weiß nicht wie aber Hauptsache es hat geholfen

Hace un par de meses estaba batallando con mi rodilla, específicamente con mi rótula, el traumatólogo me indicó que tenía que utilizar una rodillera para protegerla si quería seguir haciendo ejercicio, encontré esta y me ha resultado mucho muy buena, seguí haciendo ejercicio y disminuyeron mucho las molestias, es cómodo y se ajusta muy bien sin resbalarse.

Cómodas , ajustan bien, y el velcro está forrado de la orilla y eso hace que no pellizque por la parte de atrás como otras rodilleras que su velcro no está forrado... me encantaron ..
