The equipment is of good quality and seems to stand up to normal use. The only bad thing is there are no instructions for the use of the pelvic floor tool, so there isn't a way to know if you are using it correctly.

I received my order a few days ago and am very impressed with the kit. It is way better than what I expected. I can't believe I got all of this for such a reasonable price! My only issue was the pump that came for the ball. It wasn't effective at blowing it up. I ended up getting my bike pump out and blew it up in no time. I haven't had a chance to really see results yet but this equipment offers an intense work out for anyone who can hang in there. Also, It come with a really good exercise E-book to help, an excellent bonus. I would definitely recommend!

The ball was missing and the green band was not in the plastic wrap.

This product gives you hours of endless workouts at home. Things that you can do at the gym only in the comfort of your own room. Great bye definitely would do it again.

Just got it and so far its really good! I have to keep inflating the ball so that's why I gave only 4 stars but its good start out workout equipment. Great buy and value.

I thought everything was acceptable quality except for the exercise ball. It's shiny, thin and STICKY??? YUK.I think despite everything else being okay, I really need to like the exercise ball too.

I was missing 4 bands I only got the heavy one. The ball is made so cheaply I'm afraid it's gonna explode when I use it. I got this bc I'm pregnant and was gonna use it for labor and general exercise but I'm afraid it's gonna break and I'm going to get hurt. Amazing should really take this product off their site bc its dangerous.
