I normally use Spartan cameras that cost a fortune. I have also tried the spypoint ones. Honestly this camera does exactly what I need it to do. This was literally follow the instructions easy. I was iffy because I never heard of this brand and decided to try. I am glad I did. The quality of the pictures and videos is pretty damn good. The night vision is pretty okay. I had trouble in their update to offering unlimited data. But once I got it all updated it was even better. I hunt in BFE the signalIs spotty on my phone and the camera seems to follow suit usually staying at 2 bars. Even still I get tone of photos. I would recommend if you have lots and lots of activity to get the solid panel for this. If set in real time with pictures and videos it will kill the batteries In 3-4 days. Overall I love this camera so much I bought another and converted two buddies to it. They too have the same feeling about this product. If you’re having issues it’s likely user error sorry to say but this is so easy to operate.Customer service was good the only time I used them. My batteries were dead In the off season for about a month. I replaced them and couldn’t get it to work. They quickly sent a “hit” to hit and service started again.

First the bad. I deducted one star because it wasn't easy to get setup. I can't narrow down the exact cause of my issue, but it took a lot of 'pushing' to get it to capture motion and take a photo.Now that it is working I love it. I use it with the recommended solar panel so I never have to swap batteries. This has endured heavy rain, winds, and snow. With a hunting spot 35 minutes away and another 20 minute hike, this is the ideal camera.EDIT: No sooner after leaving a positive review does my camera stop working over wireless. It will not get a signal anywhere (yet my phone is fine). Support isn't really helpful. It seems they are in Asia based on the Asian language symbols above the chat. Since they are 12 hours ahead we are sending one message between the two of us per day. It's been offline for 3 days and I have no suggestions on how to fix it. The network simply is not found according to the message. There is no number to call for a quick solution. I can't text back and forth with them every day in the app. So that means this camera won't get fixed for at least 2 weeks. My 4 star review is now a 1 star. So purchase at your own risk. I hope the camera works better than mine.I ended up graciously getting a refund from Amazon even though it was beyond the window. I bought a different brand that is working better.

Set this up in a tree on our remote property (that fortunately has great signal strength) and so far has been excellent. You can request it to take photo's on demand or wait for it to get triggered. After reading reviews of poor cold weather performance i was a little cautious, but installing lithium batteries (that work better in the cold than traditional batteries) i have had no problems. I would like some more remote options like, live feed but the way it works, has meant excellent battery life and minimal costs in data.You have to purchase credits to use the remote service via their dedicated platform, which is a little awkward as it doesn't have the best design, but as value for money goes this is an excellent tool.

Takes good pictures and the app is easy to use. It used up 8 batteries in less than 2 months with less than 200 pictures and no videos. Also, no warning on low battery.

Seem to be good Quality

Getting my cameras ready for scouting this year. Now keep in mind I have only purchased my cameras eight months ago and scouted with them from December to April. First off the app was not working. So after I updated the app only one of my cameras responded to the app. My other camera was working but not with the app and didn’t connect to wireless network. Tried to contact customer support and of course you can’t contact a real person. After getting the notification to update the firmware on the cameras I looked up how to do it and updated both cameras. This did not fix the problem. Tried to delete the non responsive camera from the app, but the app would just close every time I tried. So I tried to update the camera again. Now the camera is not working at all. I have lost over a month of scouting now. And absolutely no help from customer service. Don’t waste your money. I was really excited about these cameras similar to spy point features for half the price, but wish I had never bought these cameras. Update the first camera is not responding to settings changes on the app. I can get pictures but it sends them every twenty four hours and I can’t change the settings. I had ordered another camera to replace the one that doesn’t work and it will not read the SIM card. So three cameras two of which do not work and one that doesn’t work properly. Still no contact from customer service.
