No installation hassle
The media could not be loaded. Works as expected. No installation hassle. Red wire to 12V positive source (this lids up the red lights), Yellow wire is to be connected with positive 12V of the turn signal bulb, while black wire should be connected to any ground wire (negative, or sometimes to car body). It’s up to you to find the right points to hock it, but the product itself is easy as 1,2,3. Fitted to my R-350 as if it was stock made.

Poor Quality right down to the packaging.
I've been looking for a red/amber set of lights in this style and when I found these I ordered them immediately. Going by the pictures I was thinking they would be like another brand I purchased which were white and amber. When I received the package they were in a clear ziplock type bag inside a padded mailer. What I didn't like when I went to install them was that the adhesive mounting strip was applied to both sides of each of the lights. It has a blue plastic you remove to mount it but if you to go mount it you would have to leave the blue strip on the side you are not mounting against a surface which looks completely like garbage. The other branded set I purchased only had them on one side and you can clearly tell there was a left and right because the tape was off center. This set the tape was on the same side on both lights and if you plug them into 12v they are both the same side. Also there is just 3 wires bundled into a sleeve coming out of the light vs the other brand I purchased had a ribbon cable into a junction box then the wires.Price was the same for both sets but clearly this set was of lower quality. As I could not remove the double sided tape to the side I wasn't going to mount to a surface I ended up returning it. The double sided tape on the light also looks to match the double sided tape for joining carpet edges and sticking them to a subfloor.

Cutting and Adhesive
I just got these. I haven't installed them yet. Testing looks good.Mine are going to be mounted flat on the outside of the taillight. It's approx 11" so I needed to cut them. You have to look on the edge where you see the individual LEDs, and cut between them. Line your scissors up squarely in the middle and CUT. It takes some effort.Remove the cap from the cut and, use some silicone adhesive in the inside of the cap, and reattach the cap to the strip. As far as adhesive on both sides, if you're mounting it in the gap with just the edge showing, it's not a real issue. Mine are going to be flat mounted. You can remove the adhesive strip from the exposed side. What I did with mine was to get some chrome Pinstripe tape, and put it down the center of the strip. If you leave the white adhesive it covers it just fine.I will revise this review after they are installed and working for a while.Since I am installing them flat, I am using 3M Super Strength Moulding Adhesive tape to attach them to the chrome strip on the lamp assy. I have had a set of PIAA LED GLOW DRLs in the front of the car installed this way for 3 years now.Addition:I finally got them installed, thanks to some nice weather.I set the rears up as rear DRLs, with a 10 second delay. By the time I got done it was late, so I went in for a while.Like I said, I mounted them outside, flat against the bottom of the tail light, and covered the iindividual LEDs with dual stripe chrome pinstripe. I too a small trip after dark. These things are BRIGHT! They could be used for additional stop lamps. I think they increased my rearward visibility by about 100 feet. And when the turn signal kicks in, I see the yellow light from these instead of the orange from the OEMs.Since this was the first day, durability may be an issue, and I will update my results as time goes on. But, initially, I am very pleased with their performance!

Seems like a good product
The media could not be loaded. Looks great, it's bright enough to see in the sun. You really have to know have to wire them on your own since it doesn't come with instructions but overall a good product.

Pretty well used / Motorcycle
The media could not be loaded. I use them on my 1989 Goldwing motorcycle as running lights and turn signals. They are very bright at night and an attention getter. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the fact that the double sided tape is on both sides. I would prefer to put the double sided tape on which ever side I chose. I use Goof off and some WD 40 to remove the double sided tape. And I also wrapped the strips in the Headlight Dark Tint so that it blends in with my black motorcycle so when I turn them off you don't see them. The first picture is of just the light strip installed and the second is with the gactory light bar above the light strip

Junk
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE.... i was sent a replacement and the tape was already falling off as i opened the package. This time one worked perfectly. But as i was about to install the second one The first one started flashing red and then faded to a dim yellow. DO NOT BY THESE..These were a birthday gift to myself and I am very disappointed. There is tape on both sides which is nice, but tape sticks to mounting surface but is coming off of the lights themselves. Red lights flicker when on. Sequential yellow lights dont work continuously. They work fine for a few blinks than flicker on and off, than work fine for a few blinks. SEE VIDEO. So so disappointed. I just put them on and will be taking them off first thing in the morning.
