When I opened the package first off I noticed two of the wires were loose (easy fix with the right tools though), and then the snap clip broke off when I plugged it in. However, the wires connected nicely, and installation went smooth; despite the clip breaking off it still plugged in securely. My stereo plays clearly, and everything functions so I'm happy.
