I'm pretty sure it would be OK to use when you dye your hair!

Is this helpful for split end treatment?

I'm not too sure if it's for split ends, but from my experience the roots and ends of my hair was moisturized and helped a lot.

Can this product be used on Dry hair?

I have used it in the shower on my hair PRIOR to getting it wet as dry hair tends to soak in more of what is applied as the hair pores are open (as advised by my hairdresser), if that is what you were asking. If you are asking can it be used on hair that is normally dry versus oily; that is the primary intention of the product - to nourish dry, damaged, hair.

Can it be used for dry scalp treatment?

I'm not sure what exactly a dry scalp treatment is? I don't know why you couldn't use this though. Coconut oil is great for dry skin...
