Ordered, had them for months, using them on my gym. Very solid.

The items were good. The quality could definitely be improved though. One of the metal items has sharp metal bumps on its grip from the manufacturing process. These should have been shaven down to make the grips smooth. So initially using the products could potentially have caused cuts to the hands if the sharp bumps weren’t noticed. I managed to smooth them out a little and I use gloves while using the product.

Glad I got this package, just a great addition for the home gym and offers multiple uses for each. The rope is thick and gym quality, the close grip row handle is great although I wish it were a little thicker for bigger hands, the fabric pulls are very nice, very thick strong bar attachment, the tricep bent bar is good, they even give you some clips. Highly recommend 5/5
