This product is using 4PASS ink film and photo paper all-in-one cartridge, and it is only compatible with 3 x 3 inch Kodak 4pass cartridges.

The paper is jammed during printing. What should I do?

In many cases, paper jams occur when the cartridge is not fully inserted. Press it firmly until it clicks. If the paper does not come out after restarting the device, do not pull it by force, please contact support for assistance.
