This has become a part of my supplement stratagem. I am experiencing great results. I take.one before bed or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I take L-Arginine a little later, but before breakfast.A tablespoon of moringa powder w/ juice then stretching, light exercise, cardio, etc. With breakfast I have a multi-vitamin and it's ON for the rest of the day. Energy, alertness, concentration, stamina...All acute levels and I am 63 years of age. I am most grateful to The Almighty Creator and Sustainer of the heavens,the earth and all that exist for such good health.We should never take that for granted at any age. Very effective

I had this about a month. It doesn’t upset my stomach. No side effects. Does give me energy. Not magical yet. But there is a difference.

I took this one time yesterday, and it made me feel ornery. I'm normally a very chill person, but small things irritated me a lot after I took this. I didn't take it today and feel fine again. I've had the same reaction to taking a maca/goat weed combo before, and this product has maca/goat weed in it. Now I know I should just stay away from it. Sharing this so others can monitor their moods when taking this. The irritability this product caused me isn't worth any other benefits it could possibly provide.

I felt the difference in just what seems overall energy and alertness, and this was the only change to my regimen. As far as what's in the formula, seems like one of the better values for your money. I don't think the flavor rating matters, but I didn't want the score to drop. This bottle did sit around for a year before I tried it, just got lost in the hecticness of life somehow. I forgot I wanted to try it and found the bottle, what a pleasant surprise. Stamina feels better, less fluctuations in mood as well. I highly recommend trying this to see if you get the same results.
