I'm a size 10-12 in skirts/pants/dresses, and I bought this in XL. It fits well, but I think it could be a bit tighter in the waist and hips. I worry that it would be too small in the shoulders, if I sized down, though. It should be fairly simple to make the alterations, as it is just a simple unlined knit garment.It is very cute. I like that it is a mid-weight knit material, so it is not overly clingy, it has a shape of its own, and it doesn't wrinkle. When I put it on right out of the bag, the fold lines were barely visible. It is a very cute style, and even though I am usually self-conscious about my big hips, this dress seems to make me look proportional. I don't usually wear a straight or mermaid style skirt. I'll keep this, though, as I think it's quite flattering.

The dress looks great! The material is a bit stretchy, which makes it comfortable, but the other reviews were correct in that there is a bit of cling around the midsection. It also does bell out a bit right at the hips, and if the seam is stiff it sticks out almost as if there is zipper there. The dress is fairly warm as is, as it's a polyester knit. I also wore it with a pair of leggings and it looked fabulous, you couldn't see the waistline of the leggings under the dress. It washes and dries well. Shipping was also extremely quick.

I bought a Large because I didn't want it to be skin tight. I am 68", 130lbs, B= cup size, and it was just a tiny bit loose around the waist. The only issue was how it was sewn at the hip area. Instead of rounded, as the picture shows, it had sort of a squared off edge. Nothing a quick trip on the sewing machine couldn't fix. Could be an anomaly, as I haven't read any other reviews advising of this. Great item for the price. Fabric wasn't too sheer, but certainly not heavy. Great for a Fall wedding!

Fits great on me! I got a small, but it doesn't fit like a true bodycon that clings to every curve. It's still very flattering and will accentuate any curve you have while being modest enough to wear to the office. For reference, I'm 5'2 and 100 pounds so if you're a curvier small, this probably will cling to your body like a true bodycon dress.One of the buttons along the bottom of the dress fell off, but that's because it was washed with a load of clothes. I haven't read the tag, but it's probably best if this is hand-washed or washed alone in a delicate cycle. The material is thin, which should be expected from the price. VPL is a definite possibility so I wear this with a slip. If you have a slip or shapewear that isn't too textured, I'd recommend you wear it underneath.

The dress itself is made pretty well. The materials are nice. However, I would order up a size from this brand next time. Tight on the hips and the cap sleeves were super tight and not flexible - i couldn't raise my arms. I am thin - I am 5'11" and slender at 135 lbs, so, maybe it is a better fit for people who are shorter?Had to send it back, with regret. It's a beautiful design.

About the stress along with the others. Although this was my favorite when I bought the dress. It wasn't my favorite once I tried it on. I ended up buying a slip that would hide any imperfections, as the stress accentuates any fall that you may have. With the slip on it looks absolutely phenomenal. I get many compliments when I wear this dress. My sister keeps threatening to steal it when I'm not looking.

Perfect for my cousins wedding. Decided last minute that I wanted and new dress and it arrived in exactly two days which was perfect. After looking at the size chart I ordered a medium. It fits me perfectly I am 5'9" and 145. Its not a tight fitting dress which it perfect I like being able to breath. It is also long enough for me which never happens. I can't say enough good things about this dress. I also got a ton of compliments and ton of people asking where I got it. For the price I am beyond happy and I will be wearing a ton if places. It is a nice, soft, well made dress.

Love it!! Not a bad dress!! Fits well. Comfortable. Great color. Lots of compliments. Unique. I wore shape wear with it and it looked great. Also it did hit below the knee as it was supposed to. If you are taller you might go for a larger size if you want it below the knee. I am 5'6 inches tall and weigh 130 lbs. I got this in XL simply because I don't like a super snug fit. Was a tad big in hips but still looks great not very noticeable. Would be easy to take up in the hips if you sew. Definitely recommend!
