There was an issue when I first took it out where there were lots of bubbles in it. I checked online and just needed to fill it up a lot more. goes through about two liters of water a day (outside). Also someone mentioned birds could drown in it -- not sure if I believe that given although it looks like a whirlpool, the water is actually gushing OUT of the top of it and cascading over the plastic tube into the pools below. I do keep a kitchen strainer over it when I'm not outside just to keep it clear of falling leaves/little pits of grit, etc. that fly up in the wind. Love the design so much! Sturdy construction! Haven't had to clean it yet but that part I'm not looking as forward to given the size but it is a beautiful fountain with great sound of gently falling water. I would buy it again.

The media could not be loaded. The fountain is very nice, works well, easy to set up. However, the title of the product claims there are LED lights with it. In this version there aren’t, so I don’t know if the description is a multi product or not. But the video clearly shows there aren’t any lights.

It’s very pretty but parts are missing. My husband is trying to jerry rig it now to get it to work. When something is purchased it should come complete and ready to work. The instructions are a joke. I won’t return it because it’s a huge hassle but I should get a refund.

Sadly this fountain died very quickly. About 45 days after installation the lights stopped working. I reached out to customer service/seller and got zero response. Today, pump gave up. That’s a lot of money to spend for such a short lived fountain. Will not purchase from them again. Very sorely vexed.

I thought it would be quite larger, but I love the sound of the water creating the peaceful ambience well worth the price. Thank you for providing a better one on return of the first one.

The price was reasonable easy to set up and because it’s resin, it should never rust so I’m happy about that. Our Previous fountain was a treated metal but it still failed overtime and rusted.
