A great idea, but not if you need a lot of amps.
Getting in inexpensive power supply for working with electronics is great. The really cheap power supplies may go to 15 or more volts, but watching one die (and putting out twice as much voltage) while it was being tested made me worry too much about burning up a project. This uses an old computer power supply to give you 3.3, 5, and 12 volts. However, (and this may have been a safety design), you cannot use the 5 volts to power 3 or more Raspberry Pies, because all voltages and the board are only designed for 5 amps, even though my computer PS maxes out at 40 amps.

Great product for minimal use. Upgrades will be needed for prolonged use.
It is a great product but the binding posts are complete junk. After assembled it works great but after a few uses one of the binding posts cracked and I had to order a replacement. I plan on using this alot so I just replaced all of them with better quality posts.

Good product. A little confusing without directions to where everything goes but I guess if you aren't electronically inclined you wouldn't be buying this. Also didn't have the wire necessary to make the connections. Had to source that from my supply.

Nice board and layout
Nice board and layout, but really cheap and flimsy binding posts (threaded lug easily stripped with very little torque applied to attached to PCB; plastic was soft and easily melted when binding post connecting wire was solder to the PCB). I would have bought and install higher quality binding posts before installing the original units, had I known. Can't recommend it without replacement posts.

great kit20 min build time and was up and running.the connector is great because it allows you to use a power supply without destroying it for use in a computer!also great for checking that a power supply is working as it should.

Great, Simple, Power Supply for Tinkering
This worked very nicely as an add-on to the ATX power supply I have laying around. It wasn't too difficult to assemble, and it works well. I especially like the jacks they chose, because they have both a screw terminal and the banana jack.

Very simple design
Was fun putting together and works perfectly

Blame your power supply before you blame yourself--or the board
Nice looking, easy to assemble.. Some PC power supplies are tricky.... and require a load.. blame the power supply before you blame board if it powers on for a second and turns off.
