This backgammon set is stunning and very well-made. The board and pieces feel premium, and the craftsmanship really shows. It’s worth every penny.

The playing surface looks excellent, but the box is a bit shoddily made. The counter are cheap plastic, but the shakers and dice are OK. The board was delivered only in its cardboard box (which you need to protect the flimsy wooden case). The cardboard box was slapped with delivery stickers and suffered in transit. The item gets a 4 as it is reasonable value, delivery gets a 1.

This is a very handsome backgammon set, and turned out to be an excellent choice of present for my partner at Christmas. Beating me always puts him in a good mood, so we have a couple of games every day!

It’s a nice set, but really not very high end/refined as the reviews would suggest. The wood on the cover is nice, the inside board is not so high end, the wood is poorer quality and the finish is rough. It’s not a bad set, just average quality not high end

If you like things made of wood you will be impressed. The game is a thing of beauty, very well made and I highly recommend ! Fun to play too !
