Shipping on this item cost as much as the item which reduced the value score. Hard for 78 yr dad to put on bending over but ok if he does it lying down. Laces meh but straps do a nice job with support. Generous sizing

It is definitely a 3xl. I am glad to say that it fit. It may even be a little too big. I am not complaining though, sometimes my foot swells so I welcome this. I am a 6 ft tall man who weighs 360 lbs and I purchased a 3xl and it helps greatly!! This was the 3rd one I have bought, all from different companies and the others were not true to the size. This product however is true to the size. Thank you for getting it here so quickly!!
