My wife has very small ear canals. So normal headphones dont fit her well. Classic air pods fit her good but i refuse to get apple. How are these?

They don't actually go in your ear canal. They just barely go in the opening and hang on the ear. I found them to be very comfortable. Usually anything I put in my ear I find totally uncomfortable. That's why I didn't get the Skullcandy Evo, Indy or Jib, etc. I refuse to buy anything Apple too.

Are they compatible with the newest 5g lte phones too?

That has nothing to do with the phone-to-headphone connection via Bluetooth.

Hows the sound leakage design look similar to that of a airpods but with the hooks do they fit weird ears???
