Negative Side affect caused by this product
#1 Side Effect – Acne & Breakouts #2 Side Effect – Cramps #3 Side Effect – Allergies & Rashes #4 Side Effect – Nausea #5 Side Effect – Diarrhea #6 Side Effect – Fake Thyroid Problems Definitely – is Dangerous pills but only when it’s taken in high dosages (over 1000 mcg). In these cases, it can cause: sudden acne and breakouts/nausea and vomiting/ stomach pain and diarrhea/ rashes/ fake blood exam results. We tried it and regret it. we still deal with side affect.

It takes 3 months of continuous taking before it starts to work then it really works
This product takes 3 months to start showing healthier hair AND IT DOES after 3 months my hair was healthier shinier patches that were thin or thinning started to fill in my hair is now thicker and growing a lot and the biggest surprise was my curls came back and held a curl!!! LOVE LOVE.
