No changes were seen unfortunately

I'm very pleased with the vitamins. I've found that taking them daily has helped ease muscle cramping in my calves. I take two in the morning and two after dinner. The capsules are easy to swallow and have a minimal taste and smell. The only other supplement I take is a Krill oil supplement because this multivitamin is so complete. So it's good value for the money.

It gives me heavy headache a few hours after taking both in the morning and evening. I am not sure why but I usually don’t have this kind of reaction and I stopped taking it.

I bought this product for my teenage son. It can be swallowed easily, and I am happy with the quality of the ingredients.

I did a ton a research after I discovered the brand I was taking was full of synthetics and found these and so far so good as for price how do you put that on your health , very happy so far

As usual the best multi vitamins available now in the market . Its easy on your stomach and gives great results . I have been using this from a year now . The ingredients used and the amount is enough for both regular users and someone with few deficiencies . Cheers
