This product is made in Sweden and distributed to the US. I am unsure which rennet tablet they use.

How is it shipped? It needs to be cold all the time.

I received some information from the importing company where we source this cheese. The cheese is made in and imported from Sweden. It is made from cow's milk in the traditional way. It does not taste like cottage cheese and has mini holes throughout the cheese.
