If it didn't stop working this would be a great product since the shape and the motor intensity are very good. But the motor stops working after about 5 minutes of use and never works again. I contacted the vendor for a replacement, and the replacement failed in the same way. I did an autopsy on both the failed massagers and inside each of them I found one wire on the motor disconnected probably due to too thin wires and the vibration knocking it loose.I would love to see this product redesigned with lower wire gauge and better soldering (and I also wish the control knob was a remote instead) but until that happens I cannot recommend this product.
