Sights and senses go into overload in the Yarra Valley with cheese-making at Yarra Valley Dairy before creating a rustic goats cheese tart with pinot eschallots overlooking the de Bortoli vineyards. Salmon “milking” at Yarra Valley Caviar follows before they star in an Asian inspired fish recipe on the shores of the bubbling creek. Inspired by the artistic influences of the locals, Lyndey visits the very modern Tarrawarra Museum amongst the golden vineyards and rounds off her Victorian adventure by cooking with local boy and celeb chef Pete Evans.
